We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant Level II to join our experienced and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to creating positive and comfortable patient experiences. Familiarity with dental software such as ABELDent, would be considered an asset.

Bilingual communication skills in English and French are a strong asset, as we are proud to care for a diverse and growing patient community.Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Prepare treatment rooms with instruments and materials while maintaining strict sterilization and infection control standards.

Accurately maintain patient records using electronic dental software, including Epic and Dentrix.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.

Assist with orthodontic procedures, including taking impressions, fabricating CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models, and assisting with appliance placement.

Support pediatric dental appointments by creating a welcoming and positive experience for children and their families.

Perform administrative duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting with patient check-in and check-out.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant Level II (CDA II) certification.

Previous experience in a busy dental practice is preferred.

Experience with ABELDent, or other electronic dental record systems is an asset.

Knowledge of restorative, surgical dentistry, and CAD technology is preferred.

Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience providing administrative or reception support is an asset.

Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
