Are you an experienced Certified Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and loves creating exceptional patient experiences?
Our growing orthodontic department is looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven professional to join our team in a unique dual role combining both Clinical Orthodontic Assisting and Orthodontic Patient Coordination.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys patient care, communication, organization, and being part of a collaborative team that values excellence, positivity, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with orthodontic procedures during clinical days
Coordinating patient treatment and follow-up care
Building strong relationships with patients and families
Helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about treatment
Managing communication and ensuring a seamless patient experience
Supporting the continued growth and success of our orthodontic department
The Ideal Candidate:
You are:
A Certified Dental Assistant (Level II preferred)
Experienced in orthodontics and patient coordination
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Calm under pressure and excellent at multitasking
Professional, compassionate, and confident communicating with patients
Someone who naturally thrives in structured environments
A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent follow-through
This role is especially well-suited for someone with a strong Cs DiSC personality style — someone who values accuracy, consistency, quality care, and meaningful patient relationships.
Schedule:
Approximately 34–36 hours per week
Orthodontic clinical days currently run Tuesdays and Thursdays
Additional hours include patient coordination, communication, and follow-up support on non-clinical days
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation
A supportive and collaborative team environment
Opportunity to grow alongside a thriving orthodontic department
Meaningful patient relationships and rewarding work
A positive culture that values professionalism, teamwork, and excellence
We are looking to hire as soon as possible and would love to connect with candidates who are passionate about orthodontics and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
