Dental Receptionist / Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with excellent communication skills interested in working as an office administrator ( Reception) to join our growing orthodontic practice.

Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential
Orthodontic experience is preferred but not necessary. Training is available.

The position will be 2 days a week until August and then 4 days a week starting September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic team player who enjoys working with patients and providing exceptional customer service in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Manage patient records and insurance information
Assist the orthodontist as needed with clinical duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) designation required
Previous experience as a dental receptionist and/or dental assistant preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential
Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with dental software is an asset
