Job Description
2032 Dentistry is hiring! We are seeking a full-time, team-oriented dental assistant to join our busy dental practice in Peterborough, Ontario. No evenings or weekends. A friendly and professional demeanor is required. Come join our team!
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Level II CDA; HARP Certified
- NDAEB Certification
- Detail oriented
- Good Work Ethic
- Organized multi-tasker
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment room for procedures and protocols
- Prepare patient for dental treatment
- Confident with 4 handed dentistry and assisting with all clinical procedures
- Assist the dentist in General Anesthesia clinic at the hospital and at our office
- Proficient in taking digital x-rays both intra and extra orally
- Follow Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) guidelines
- Comfortable using Cleardent for charting of patients is an asset
Salary and Benefits:
