Join our dynamic dental team as a Certified Dental Assistant, where your expertise will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients of all ages. In this vital role, you will support dentists in delivering exceptional oral healthcare by providing top-quality assistance during procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for every patient
Assist dentists during various procedures, including fillings, extractions, with precision and confidence
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage patient records using dental software such as Cleardent, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions clearly and compassionately
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Dental Assistant from an accredited program
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care to facilitate effective communication
Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures, infection control protocols, and sterilization techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
