What You’ll Be Doing
Provide chairside assistance for a variety of general dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and assist with efficient patient flow
Take digital radiographs and other clinical records as required
Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
Maintain accurate patient records using ClearDent
Educate and support patients before, during and after treatment
Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly in a busy practice
Work closely with our dentists, hygienists, front desk and assisting team to provide an excellent patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Licensed/Certified Dental Assistant in British Columbia
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Strong chairside assisting skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced dental environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, professional and patient-focused
Reliable, organized and able to anticipate what the dentist and team need
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
Comfortable with digital technology and dental software
ClearDent experience is an asset, but not required
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is a great teammate. Skill matters, but so does attitude. We want someone who takes pride in their work, cares about their patients, communicates well and wants to be part of a team for the long term.

Schedule
Up to full-time hours
Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays. Specific days and hours can be discussed during the interview process.
