Job Description
Our team is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Certified Dental Assistant to join us at AUSCA Dental.
This is not a replacement position—we are expanding due to continued growth and are intentionally building a team of individuals who value quality care, teamwork, and a positive, professional environment.
AUSCA Dental is a modern, purpose-built clinic located in the newly developed Colwood Corners community. Every aspect of our clinic has been thoughtfully designed with both patient experience and team ergonomics in mind, supporting efficiency, comfort, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
We are looking for a CDA who:
Takes pride in clinical excellence and attention to detail
Works well in a collaborative, supportive team environment
Values organization, efficiency, and patient-centered care
Is looking for a long-term role in a growing practice
