Unlike most practices, we intentionally see only a handful of patients each day. We believe outstanding dentistry cannot be rushed. We do not double-book. We do not operate like a high-volume insurance office. Our patients expect concierge-level care, and every member of our team contributes to that experience.

This Is a Leadership Position
Most days, you will be the primary—and often the only—clinical assistant working directly with the doctor.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the clinical environment. You won’t simply assist procedures.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the entire clinical side of the practice operates at the highest level every single day.

Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
Assist during advanced cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms with meticulous attention to detail.

Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital scans.

Maintain exceptional sterilization and infection control standards.

Ensure instruments, materials, and equipment are organized and immediately available.

Anticipate the doctor’s needs throughout procedures.

Help deliver a concierge-level patient experience from beginning to end.

Clinical Leadership
Maintain standardized setups for all procedures.

Keep operatories fully stocked, organized, and procedure-ready.

Ensure restorative, implant, surgical, and endodontic systems remain complete and organized.

Monitor inventory and anticipate ordering needs before supplies become low.

Maintain excellent communication with the hygienists and front office.

Complete thorough clinical documentation and routing slips.

Help maintain an office environment that is always clean, polished, and ready to receive patients.

Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant
Florida X-Ray Certification
Strong experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, implant, or surgical dentistry
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Experience with digital scanners (iTero preferred)
Experience with digital photography and modern dental technology
Eaglesoft and Weave experience is a plus

Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, 1 hour paid lunch
Occasional Fridays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation based on experience.

Compensation will reflect experience in cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical dentistry.
