Full-Time | Toronto, Ontario | $25–$30/hour | October 2026 Start
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow, contribute and be part of something exceptional?
Dr. Shahryar Rashti's Dentist Professional corporation , part of MyCore Dental, is looking for a Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our team at our Yonge Street location in Toronto.
1366 Yonge Street, Suite 204
Toronto, Ontario M4T 3A7
We are building a practice environment centred on clinical excellence, exceptional patient care, teamwork and continuous growth. We believe the best patient experience begins with a team that feels supported, respected and empowered to do their best work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant who takes pride in their profession, enjoys being part of a collaborative clinical team and wants to continue developing their skills in a progressive, comprehensive dental environment.
The Opportunity
As a Level II Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in both the clinical experience and the overall patient journey. You will work alongside our dentists and clinical team across a broad range of comprehensive dentistry while helping us maintain an organized, efficient and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting efficient clinical flow
Chairside assisting for restorative, surgical and other comprehensive dental procedures
Taking digital radiographs, intraoral photographs and digital scans
Performing Level II duties within your scope, including polishing, fluoride application, sealants and impressions
Supporting patients with clear pre- and post-treatment instructions
Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records
Upholding exceptional infection-prevention, sterilization and safety standards
Anticipating clinical needs and supporting the dentist throughout treatment
Maintaining inventory and helping ensure clinical supplies are organized and readily available
Collaborating with the administrative and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings both clinical capability and the right mindset to the role.
You are professional, dependable and organized. You communicate well, take initiative and understand that exceptional dentistry is a team effort. You care about the details, but you also understand the bigger picture: every interaction contributes to how a patient experiences our practice.
Qualifications:
Certified Level II Dental Assistant from an accredited Ontario program
Current HARP certification
Current CPR certification or equivalent
Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilization and infection-prevention protocols
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, warm and patient-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical environment
Experience with digital dentistry and scanning is an asset
Familiarity with Oryx Dental Software is an asset
Experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply, and exceptional new graduates are welcome. We are interested in finding the right person—someone with the attitude, professionalism and desire to grow with us.
What We Offer
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition, we offer:
Full-time, stable employment
Paid vacation and sick days
Uniform allowance
Continuing education and professional development support
Exposure to comprehensive and advanced dentistry
Opportunities to expand your skills and responsibilities
A collaborative and supportive team environment
Leadership that values communication, accountability and professional growth
Convenient Toronto location with TTC access
