Certified Level II Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with experience in digital x-rays and Itero. Duties
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including invisalign, implants and crown and bridge.

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Take digital radiographs and perform intraoral imaging
Manage patient records accurately using Akitu software
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and greeting patients
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
Support the team with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Experience
Certified Level II Dental Assistant certification required
Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
Experience with digital impressions (Itero)
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice highly desirable
Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control standards
Hours
Monday's 7:30-7:00pm, Tuesday's 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday's 7:30-3:00pm. Additional hours possible.

Pay: $21.10-$31.69 per hour
