We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Level II Orthodontic assistant for 3-4 days a week to become a valued member of our dynamic orthodontic team. The ideal Candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the efficient operations of our practice. Certification including HARP is required. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Taking dental radiographs (x-rays)
· Complete record taking of intra/extra oral photos & iTero scans
· Sterilizing Instruments and up to date record keeping
· Lab work
· Chairside assistance with preparing and passing instruments and materials
· Support Orthodontic procedures with specialized knowledge and technique
· Instructions on patient oral hygiene, post care, & all orthodontic appliances
· Maintain accurate records and follow up with Lab and Aligner deliveries
· Prepare rooms, chairs and next procedures with the necessary supplies needed.
· Manage patient flow
· Order Orthodontic supplies
· Perform occasional administrative tasks and willing to be cross-trained.
· Light housekeeping tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be flexible and a team player with strong communication skills
Previous orthodontic Dental assisting is a strong asset but willing to train the right candidate
Sound knowledge of dental assisting practices
Level II certification and HARP required
PAY:
$28.00-$32.00/per hour
Expected Hours: 21-28 hrs/week
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
