Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant at Argyle Associates!

Are you ready to take your career in patient care to the next level with an exceptional team? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing Argyle Associates team.

Argyle Associates, established in 1976, is renowned for providing a comprehensive spectrum of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical procedures. We take pride in our outstanding patient care and community leadership, and we're looking for an exceptional candidate like you!

Responsibilities
Perform daily setup of operatory rooms and ensure all equipment is prepared for surgical procedures and consultations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in operatory areas to meet infection control standards.

Seat patients and facilitate the smooth flow of appointments, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.

Prepare patients for transport to the recovery area, documenting necessary information as required.

Take, process, and mount x-rays as instructed by the oral surgeon.

Manage all patient x-rays, CBCT, and Trios imaging, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Clean and sterilize instruments after each surgery, following established sterilization techniques.

Set up trays and restock operatory rooms with necessary supplies.

Assist in post-operative care, ensuring patients are comfortable and well-informed about aftercare procedures.

Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the dental team.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to all 4 locations and work evening shifts.

You will Bring:
Graduate from an approved dental assisting program.

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.

Knowledge and experience with CBCT and Trios.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of implants and implant systems.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Personable with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail in all aspects of dental assistance.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.

Adaptable and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.

Effective time management skills for optimizing operational efficiency.

Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Ability to travel to all 4 locations is required.
