Job Description
Roncesvalles Orthodontics is a growing, modern, patient-focused orthodontic specialty practice in the heart of Roncesvalles Village. We are looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Level II Dental Assistant to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to be part of a growing practice.
This role could also grow into a Treatment Coordinator position. As our Treatment Coordinator, you will help create an exceptional experience for new and existing patients. You will guide patients through the consultation process, support treatment acceptance, and assist clinically when needed
.
Responsibilities
Welcome and build rapport with patients and families
Coordinate new patient consultations and orthodontic records
Assist patients with scheduling and answering treatment questions
Chairside orthodontic assisting as required
Take digital scans, photographs, and radiographs
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical instruments
Work closely with the orthodontist and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
Certified Level ll Dental Assistant
HARP certification
Orthodontic assisting experience an asset
Strong knowledge of IPAC standards
Comfortable with digital workflows (scanners, digital x-rays, practice management software)
Professional, positive, and team-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Schedule
Tuesday-Thursday, 9-5. No evenings or weekends.
