Job Description
Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant – Saanich, 2–3 days per week
Our practice is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA/CDA) to join our Saanich office for 2–3 days per week. If you want part-time hours with no evenings or weekends, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a family-run orthodontic specialty practice that has served Greater Victoria since 1993, with offices in Saanich and Langford. We take pride in a warm, welcoming environment for patients and staff. This position is based at our Saanich office.
What you'll do
Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures and exams, working independently on delegated procedures
Set up and maintain treatment rooms, including sterilization
Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Keep patient records and treatment notes accurate
Help keep the schedule running on time
Assist with inventory and light administrative tasks
What you'll need
Current BCCOHP licence as a Licensed Dental Assistant
Completion of the Orthodontic Module
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and good organization
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Nice to have
2+ years of dental experience
Schedule
Part-time, 2–3 days per week
Clinic days fall between Tuesday and Friday, 7:50 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, or Mondays
Compensation and benefits
$35.00–$42.00 per hour
