Job Description

Clarence Street Dental Group is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Orthodontic Patient Coordinator (34–36 hours per week) to join our growing family.
You will work directly alongside our talented Orthodontist Dr Melissa Sander, who is not only a leader in her field but also a dedicated educator teaching the next generation of professionals at the Southern Ontario Dental College.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence: Perform clinical consultations, assessments, and take high-quality SLR/intra-oral photography.
Digital Mastery: Utilize iTero and Trios scanning, as well as Pan and Ceph imaging.
Patient Advocacy: Lead clear, effective patient communications and follow up on current and outstanding treatment plans.
Clinical Support: Assist with scheduling records, checks, bracketing and debond appointments, including Invisalign deliveries.
Administrative Flow: Navigate insurance estimates/breakdowns and utilize Open Dental Software to keep the day running smoothly.
Qualifications
Certified Level II Dental Assistant (Required).
HARP Certified (Required).
Orthodontic Experience: (Required).
Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital scanners and dental software is preferred.
