Chairside Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chairside Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental practitioners during various procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with dental software systems such as cleardent . Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring sterilization and cleanliness standards are met
Manage patient records accurately using dental software cleardent
Provide patient education on oral health care, post-treatment instructions, and preventive practices
Take and develop dental radiographs (CAD experience preferred)
Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns or questions throughout their visit
Support front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information
Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including infection control procedures
Experience
Prior experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical support role is preferred
Previous work as a Dental Receptionist or in customer service within a healthcare setting is advantageous
Certification in dental assisting or related training programs is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
