Job Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization and infection control standards
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Educate patients and help create a comfortable, positive dental experience
Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
Assist with digital impressions, temporaries, fillings, and other expanded functions
Support efficient patient flow and collaborate with the clinical team as needed
What We're Looking For
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensure
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
