Job Description
Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with children? Join our fun, kid-friendly dental office as a Front Office Receptionist! We're looking for a reliable, organized team member who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Check patients in and out efficiently.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide outstanding customer service to both children and parents.
Assist with daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Split shift 7-3, 12-7 every other day. Every other Friday 8am to 5pm.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
Previous customer service or front office experience preferred.
Dental or medical office experience is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
