Job Description
Anthony Medical & Chiropractic Center is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team!
We are a fast-paced, upbeat environment where every team member plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple tasks at once while remaining organized, professional, and courteous.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, high integrity, and a genuine desire to help patients. We are looking for individuals who want to grow with our company and build a long-term career with our team.
What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for patients
Assist with patient check-in and check-out
Handle intake procedures and maintain accurate patient information
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Work closely with the clinical and front office team to keep the clinic running smoothly
Assist with insurance and billing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong patient service and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Experience with patient intake procedures preferred
Familiarity with medical insurance and billing processes is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity
Previous medical office or healthcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
This position requires availability within the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
You will work a total of 40 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on clinic needs.
