Client Care Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist)

Dynamic Physical Therapy has an amazing opportunity for an Full Time Client Care Specialist/front office staff. This position requires availability Mon-Fri from 8 am to 7 pm. We are looking for and outgoing and friendly receptionist to welcome patients and perform general clerical tasks. If you are highly motivated, organized, and enjoy helping people get back to doing the things they love, this may be the perfect job for you. Tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, maintaining spreadsheets, and other related duties.

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients
Organize and maintain paperwork and records
Answer phone calls and take messages
Schedule appointments
Take payments

Proficient computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to multitask
