Clinic Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our denture clinic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations of the front office. This role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with electronic medical records. Experience in a medical or dental office setting a plus.

Hours are 11am-4pm, one weekday and Saturday, with some flexibility for additional weekdays as needed.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments using electronic medical records systems (such as DomEx or insurance billing software).

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and update records accurately in electronic medical records systems.

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Ensure the waiting area remains organized and comfortable for patients
Skills
Prior experience as a Medical Office Receptionist highly preferred
Multitasking, attention-to-detail, administrative skills
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Google programs, Email, Fax)
Excellent communication; fluent in English speaking and writing
Proficiency in another language a plus
Customer service skills; friendliness, helpfulness, ability to work with clients with different needs
This job is part-time on a long-term, permanent basis.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
