Clinic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time clinic/administrative assistant. Reporting to the supervising technologist, the clinic/administrative assistant is responsible for completing the patient registration process in an efficient and effective manner providing an exceptional experience to all patients at Munroe X-Ray Clinic. Basic computer literacy is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
● Greet patients coming into the clinic in a professional and caring manner
● Respond in person and over the phone to patient inquiries or questions to ensure that all communication is professional and respectful
● Overseeing the company's inbound email and phone voicemail inbox.
● Stay on top of waiting room dynamics; ensuring that patients are aware of wait times and other pertinent information
● Respond to questions/concerns and seek to maintain a professional clinic atmosphere in the waiting room
● Facility supplies and inventory control – maintaining adequate supply inventory levels and re-ordering when necessary; placing orders and accepting orders from suppliers.
● Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures
● Enter patient information into Velox and prepare patients for X-Ray and/or EKG and/or Spirometry
● Aid the technologist in conducting EKGs and Spirometry testing
● Clean chairs, equipment, etc. in between each patient as well as other general cleaning duties
● General facility cleanliness, tidying, and maintenance
● Prepare and submit billings
● Reconcile outstanding payments
Hours
Full-time; 30+ hours per week. Monday - Friday with possibility of Saturday, Sunday or Holiday hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
