Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others and interested in building a long-term rewarding career in dental care? We are a friendly patient-focused dental practice in Welland looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to join our team.
No prior dental experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right, highly motivated candidate who has a positive attitude and a drive to learn.
As a clinical assistant, you will be part of a great team providing high quality dental care and comfort to our patients. Your typical day will include:
Infection Control: Your primary responsibility will be processing and sterilizing of instruments and maintaining the sterilization equipment, area and reports according to office guidelines.
Preparing Treatment Rooms for patient care and seating patients.
Assisting the doctors, dental assistants and hygienists as required.
Maintaining the clinical area of the office according to office guidelines.
The Successful Candidate will have :
A High School Diploma.
A warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
An Ability to work and contribute as a team member
An eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
