Wisconsin Family Dental is a growing, female doctor-owned dental practice proudly serving the Cottage Grove community. Established in 2022, our commitment to building genuine relationships, delivering exceptional patient care, and supporting our community has earned us the honor of being voted Best Dentist in Cottage Grove for the past three years. We are dedicated to providing high-quality dentistry through advanced technology, teamwork, and transparency, while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both patients and team members.
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Clinical Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily full-time; however, permanent part-time candidates will also be considered.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday
Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering efficient, comfortable, and high-quality care. This role is an important part of our mission to provide exceptional dentistry while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
Current X-ray certification required
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay based on experience: $20–$28 per hour
