Dental Assistant – Concierge / VIP Practice
We are a private, high-end dental practice focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience through precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. We prioritize quality over volume and create a calm, refined environment for both patients and team members.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who brings a positive, polished presence and takes pride in both clinical excellence and elevating every aspect of the patient experience.

Responsibilities
Assist chairside with efficiency, anticipation, and attention to detail
Provide a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish
Maintain accurate, thorough, and audit-ready clinical documentation
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
Support digital workflows (scanning, CBCT, photography as applicable)
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team
Qualifications
Positive, professional, and polished demeanor
Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
Experience with digital dentistry preferred
2+ years dental assisting experience preferred
$500 extra if you have an active certified dental assisting license and takes 15 hours of CE per year (please share you continued education)
