Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable, kind, and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our close-knit team. Our practice specializes in biomimetic dentistry. If you enjoy creating a calm, welcoming environment and thrive in a team that values attention to detail and quality over speed, we’d love to connect with you.
About the Role:
· Compensation: $25 – $33 per hour (DOE)
· Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30AM – 5:00PM
· Location: Seattle, WA – Medical Dental Building
· Team Size: 1 doctor, 1 hygienist, 1 office administrator, 2 assistants
What We’re Looking For:
· An attention to detail and someone who is present in the moment
· Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude
· Comfortable assisting with restorative procedures and patient care
· Reliable, organized, and proactive in a team environment
· Customer service experience is a must have for this position
· Interest in biomimetic techniques is a plus—we’re happy to train the right person
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist the dentist / hygienist during restorative and cosmetic procedures
· Prepare and break down operatories, ensuring proper sterilization and infection control
· Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs as needed
· Maintain an organized and well-stocked clinical environment
· Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
· Communicate effectively with the front desk and clinical team to maintain smooth workflow
· Help track lab cases, manage supplies, and support treatment coordination as needed
· Be an active participant in improving systems and maintaining a high standard of care
