Job Description
Our modern, state-of-the-art practice is hiring an associate dentist to provide outstanding care to our diverse and friendly patient base and to lead our talented and experienced team in a professional, clean, comfortable, and independent clinical environment.
Our practice has an outstanding reputation in Pittsburgh supported by awards from Pittsburgh magazine, online reviews, and countless word-of-mouth referral. We entered our 14th year in January 2026, we are well known throughout the city, and we are renowned for making a positive impact in our communities. This location has an all-star team, a robust patient base, very high demand for appointment time, and has produced at a high level for many years.
As an associate you will work alongside full-time hygienists, multiple dedicated dental assistants, a cohesive and motivated front-office team, and a management team that is focused on helping you remain productive, profitable, and reach your goals.
The ideal candidate is friendly, calm, collected, a leader, an excellent communicator, a problem-solver, confident treatment planning and providing comprehensive care, can work independently, believes in the clinical benefit of the treatment we offer, motivated to maintain a busy and productive daily schedule, and can provide exceptional quality dental care that everyone at the practice is proud of.
Our contracts are deliberately constructed to be associate-friendly, we provide a full benefit package, and we take pride in cultivating a positive, encouraging work environment that is free of micromanagement and focuses on autonomy and collaborative relationships. Dr. Troupe was an associate before starting Polished Dental, and he orients the entire team toward making our associates happy and successful.
