Clinical Hygienist – High Volume Patient Care
Location: Dallas/DFW Area, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: 3–5 days per week; Saturday availability is a must
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with higher pay for Saturdays
Casper Dental Corporation is looking for a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join one of our busy, high-volume dental offices.

Riviera Family Dentistry of Mesquite — Mesquite, TX 75150
Midtown Family Dentistry — Dallas, TX 75240
Casper Family Dentistry of Dallas — Dallas, TX 75220
Applicants may be considered for the office location that best matches their experience, availability, and commute.
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas RDH License required
Open Dental experience preferred
Available to work 3–5 days per week
Saturday availability is required
Comfortable working in a high-volume dental office
Strong patient communication and education skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to maintain a high standard of patient care while working efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a busy dental team
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible 3–5 day schedule
Saturday availability is required due to high patient volume
Saturday shifts offer higher compensation than standard weekday shifts
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications
About the Role
Our hygienists are an important part of the patient experience. You will provide quality preventive care, educate patients on oral health, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and work closely with the dental team.
Our offices are high-volume environments, so we are looking for someone who can balance clinical quality, efficiency, and excellent patient interaction.
