“This license expires next month; I have already started the renewal process.”
“This assistant needs additional training; I will schedule it.”
“The doctor needs another assistant in this room; I am going to adjust the coverage.”
“This log is incomplete; I will make sure it is corrected.”
We need someone who anticipates problems rather than waits for them to happen.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Clinical Lead will help ensure:
Doctors stay on schedule
Clinical assistants are properly trained and utilized
Rooms are prepared and properly stocked
Supplies are ordered before shortages occur
Licenses and certifications remain current
Clinical logs and records are complete
