Hours: Monday – Friday 7:15am-3:15pm

A busy dental hygiene clinic located in the Byward Market of Ottawa is seeking to hire one (1) clinical dental receptionists. The qualified individuals will work with students in an educational capacity. Rate of pay $25-28/hour based on the level of experience.
This position requires:
· Experience in the dental field
· Experience in medical administration, clinical reception or dental assisting
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate exceptional abilities in:
· Management of client appointment schedules
· Operation of computer systems and databases: ABELDENT, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail
· Response to phone, email, fax and in-person front line inquiries using excellent documentation, verbal and organizational skills
· Liaising and collaborating with clinical instructors, clinical faculty and administrators
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
