What You’ll Own
Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry
Perform comprehensive cosmetic evaluations and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality aesthetic and restorative treatment
Develop smile transformation plans aligned with patient goals
Maintain strong clinical standards and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with specialists and clinical team members
Smile Design & Patient Experience
Guide patients confidently through cosmetic consultations
Build trust through communication, education, and relationship-building
Understand facial aesthetics, smile harmony, and patient expectations
Create an elevated and personalized patient experience throughout treatment
Clinical Collaboration & Growth
Work collaboratively with assistants, coordinators, hygienists, and leadership
Contribute positively to team culture and operational flow
Continue pursuing clinical and aesthetic growth through advanced education
Participate in practice growth and brand development where appropriate

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active New York Dental License
Cosmetic case portfolio
Minimum 2-3 years of private practice experience post-residency
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Comfortable with:
cosmetic dentistry
veneer cases
smile design
crown & bridge
aesthetic restorations
occlusion cases
comprehensive treatment planning
Preferred/Strong Plus
Smile makeover experience
Kois Center training
Smile Design / Smile Institute coursework
AACD coursework or aesthetic-focused continuing education
Photography proficiency
Experience within high-end private practice environments
Schedule
Minimum availability of 2 weekdays preferred
Schedule to be determined based on operational needs and provider availability
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on:
