Job Description
At TriCity Orthodontics our focus is on the patients and providing the ultimate patient experience. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a friendly, positive attitude in a fast-pace environment.
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Excellent customer service ability and a positive attitude is a must
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills such as patience, teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving
Must have transportation to all three of our locations in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, ON
