Job Description
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Location: Somerville, MA
Starting Pay: From $22/hr, commensurate with experience

Outback Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our busy, community-focused physical therapy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is eager to grow within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
As part of our Patient Care Team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-office experience. Responsibilities include:
Managing daily front desk operations
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Maintaining accurate patient records and information
Assisting with patient check-in/check-out
Supporting various administrative and patient-service tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Proficiency in computer use; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of HIPAA and electronic medical records is a plus
Previous front desk or medical office experience is helpful, but not required
Training will be provided
