Position Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer service and scheduling calls in both English and Spanish.

Register new patients and accurately schedule appointments.

Conduct outbound calls for appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and customer service support.

Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and contact information.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all patient interactions in the patient management system.

Consistently meet or exceed call-to-appointment conversion goals through effective communication, patient engagement, and scheduling best practices.

Provide remote administrative support for multiple locations throughout Southern California.

Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally and compassionately.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills:Experience and education requirements may be adjusted where necessary in response to labor market constraints.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One (1) year of customer service, call center, medical office, or front office experience preferred.

Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating patient services preferred.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document patient interactions and maintain records.

Ability to operate PC-based software programs, database management systems, and standard office equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and internet browsers.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to meet productivity, scheduling, and call-to-appointment conversion goals.

Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday and hours of work are from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
