Remote Customer Service Representative | Monday–Friday | $16/hr + Paid Training

As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative with InnoSource, you'll be the person on the other end of the phone who helps them find a way through. We're partnering with a respected local organization to build a team of caring, dependable people, and we're hiring now.
The Quick Facts
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Your weekends stay yours.
Location: Remote, open to Ohio and Pennsylvania residents within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses
Training: Paid and fully remote
A Day in the Role
You'll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. You'll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, you'll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.
