Job Description
At Dr. Joe & Associates in Grimsby, we’re not just about smiles, we’re about creating a place where everyone feels welcome, supported, and appreciated. We’ve been offering top-tier dental care for over 35 years, and now we’re looking for an amazing Dental Receptionist to join our family!
Position Details
Temporary 3-month position Starting November 2026
16–32 hours per week
Potential opportunity to become permanent following the temporary period

Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome patients with a warm smile and make them feel at home
Answer calls and schedule appointments like a pro
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs at the front desk with efficiency and a friendly touch
Keep dental records up-to-date (we’re talking organized, digital perfection here! )
Team up with our amazing clinical staff to ensure patients are cared for in every way
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a people person with top-notch communication skills
You’re detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
You’re a self-starter with a passion for helping others
A little familiarity with Google Drive wouldn’t hurt (but don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
Dental assisting experience? Even better! You’ll be a rockstar with that added skill.
