Dental Administrative Assistant

Sudbury Dental Group is looking of a friendly person to join our busy practice. The patient care coordinator is the face and the voice of the practice.

Duties Include:
Responsible for converting and welcoming new and existing patients to the practice
Contribute to the team by working with clinical and administrative teams equally
Establish life-long patient relationships, ensuring retention and loyalty
Deliver above and beyond service, by providing unexpected moments of positive connection
Coordinate and communicate to ensure each patient visit runs seamlessly
Manage patient calls, handling inquiries, confirmations and appointment amendments
Ensure patients feel authentic trust and warmth during every interaction, creating a connection that drives each patient's commitment to oral health
Maintain professionalism and composure during busy periods and times of change
Ensure and maintain patient billing records and all database information is up to date
Job Requirements;
Computer skills
Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix is an asset)
Good telephone etiquette and skills
Team player
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Bilingual (French is an asset)
