What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:
Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments
Managing patient records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Processing payments and assisting with insurance claims
Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
Coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Providing administrative support to help keep the office running smoothly
