Dental Administrator (Full-Time)
Location: Temple Drive Northeast
About Us:
We are a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Dental Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival to the practice.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed.
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Prepare daily schedules and charts for the dental team.
Update and maintain accurate patient records, including recent treatments and procedures.
Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide telephone reminders.
Communicate with dental insurance providers to verify coverage and determine co-payments.
Process payments and verify accepted payment methods.
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in dental practice management software and general office applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
