Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized dental administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care and ensuring a seamless experience within our dental practice. This position requires a strong background in dental operations, along with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Work Hours
Monday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Utilize Cleardent system to maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments.
Maintain knowledge of dental terminology and procedure codes
Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their treatment plans.
Scheduling, confirming and billing appointments
Obtaining insurance breakdowns and confirming active coverage
Requirements
Previous experience in a dental office is required.
Familiarity with Cleardent software is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of dental terminology.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
