✨ NOW HIRING: DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR – STOUFFVILLE ✨
Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people feel at ease?
Our modern, patient-focused dental practice in Stouffville is looking for an energetic Dental Receptionist to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
Manage appointments, recalls, and treatment scheduling
Handle insurance submissions, payments, and patient inquiries
Support the clinical team with smooth patient flow
Deliver outstanding customer service every day
What We’re Looking For:
Two Saturdays a month are required
Previous dental reception or dental office experience preferred
A friendly, professional communicator
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
Knowledge of CLEARDENT dental software an asset
