Dental Administrator 2

We are a well-established, multi-specialty dental office in South San Francisco looking for a reliable, team-oriented Dental Administrator 2 to join our administrative team.

Our practice has been serving the community since 1977 and is known for a stable work environment with strong systems, a collaborative team, and high-quality patient care.

What you’ll do:
Greet, check in and advocate for patients — new, returning and existing
Answer and triage phone calls with professional, patient-centered etiquette
Schedule, confirm and maintain patient appointments with minimal oversight
Verify insurance and confidently explain benefits to patients
Create and present treatment plans and financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records and manage data in our practice management system
Support the providers you are assigned to
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep schedules full and providers productive
What we’re looking for:
3+ years dental experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance
Excellent communication skills — with patients, providers and teammates
Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured environment
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Gmail; experience with a dental PMS
Bilingual a plus

$27–$33/hr (based on experience)
