Job Description
We’re Hiring – Dental Administrator – Mackenzie West Dental
Let’s start with a picture…
It’s the start of a busy day at the clinic. The schedule is full, the team is energized, and patients are arriving feeling welcomed and cared for before they even sit in the chair.
Behind the scenes, there’s someone making it all happen.
You’ve already confirmed appointments, greeted patients with a smile, answered questions, coordinated the schedule, and helped keep the day running smoothly and efficiently. Patients feel supported, the clinical team feels organized, and the entire office flows seamlessly.
That’s the impact of a great Dental Administrator. Welcome to Mackenzie West Dental.
Our Story
At Mackenzie West Dental, patient care is about more than clinical excellence—it’s about creating a seamless, comfortable, and positive experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
We’re a patient-focused, team-driven clinic where collaboration, communication, and consistency are at the core of everything we do. Our environment is supportive, fast-paced, and built on mutual respect.
As part of Passion Dental Group, you’ll be connected to a network that prioritizes people, growth, and culture—offering opportunities to learn, develop, and build a meaningful career while still enjoying the close-knit feel of your home clinic.

Helping create positive, stress-free experiences from check-in to check-out
Building long-term patient relationships through communication and care
If you love organization, problem-solving, connecting with people, and being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly—this role is incredibly rewarding.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Dental Administrator, you’ll be at the center of both the patient journey and the day-to-day clinic operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming front desk experience
Managing phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
Booking and coordinating appointments to optimize schedule flow
Confirming appointments and managing patient communications
Processing insurance claims, billing, payments, and follow-ups
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring database integrity
Supporting the clinical team with scheduling coordination and patient flow
Assisting with recall and re-care systems to support patient retention
Helping maintain systems and processes that keep the clinic running smoothly
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
You’ll be the person who brings organization, energy, and consistency to every patient interaction.
The Role
