Position: Dental Administrator
What You'll Contribute:
As a Dental Administrator you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and welcoming environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Patient Relations:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Handle patient information with confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Presenting treatment and financial arrangements to patients.
Assist with billing and insurance processing.
Entering patient and insurance payments.
Collecting balances.
Contacting patients on treatment lists.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the dental team to coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with others on the administrative team and the clinical team.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns.
Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients in the office.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental is an asset
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Proficient in handling administrative tasks and utilizing office software.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience with Dentrix is an asset.
