What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and creating a great first impression
Answering phones, emails, and patient questions
Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
Checking patients in and out
Processing payments and submitting dental insurance claims
Following up on unpaid or outstanding insurance claims
Managing patient balances and accounts receivable
Reviewing aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
Discussing balances and payment arrangements professionally
Helping the front desk stay organized during busy clinic days
Supporting the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
Dental administration experience is required
Experience with dental insurance, claims, and billing
Confidence reviewing ledgers, patient balances, and AR reports
Someone friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills
Great attention to detail
A team player who likes helping others
Someone reliable, proactive, and organized
Availability for some evenings and two Saturdays per month
Why Join Us?
