Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with dental office procedures, and the ability to manage various office functions efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication within the practice. The Dental Administrator will also support marketing and insurance processes.
Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing
Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Oversee front desk operations, including greeting patients and coordinating appointments
Assist with marketing efforts
Coordinate communication between dental providers, patients, insurance companies, and vendors
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental office environment; experience in an orthodontic setting is a plus
Proficiency with electronic dental records systems
Knowledge of dental terminology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external partners
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
