Dental Administrator

Village Lane Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Administrator to join our growing team. We are a patient-focused practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Managing appointment scheduling
Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Processing insurance claims and payments
Coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental administration experience required
Experience with Dentrix and Max Assist is considered an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of insurance billing and predeterminations preferred
