Full-Time Dental Administrator
Blackfalds Smiles | Blackfalds, AB

Schedule
- Full-time
- Tuesday–Saturday
- One evening shift each week (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and help patients understand their dental benefits.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communications.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience.
- Represent Blackfalds Smiles with professionalism, positivity, and a community first mindset.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous dental administration experience.
- Has experience working with dental insurance and claim processing.
- Is friendly, compassionate, and patient focused.
- Has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Takes initiative and is always willing to go the extra mile for patients and teammates.
- Shares our passion for giving back to the Blackfalds community.
