Dental Administrator

Hill Top Dental Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Dental Administrator to
join our team. We are a patient-focused practice committed to exceptional care and a welcoming
environment.

Key Responsibilities;
Patient reception and appointment scheduling
Managing calls and patient inquiries
Insurance claims, pre-determinations, and billing
Accounts Receivable management
Maintaining accurate patient records
Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications;
Dental administrative experience is required for this position. Do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 1 year of experience
Knowledge of dental treatments and terminology
Familiarity with Abeldent software
Understanding of Accounts Receivable
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Schedule & What We Offer;
Evenings required; two Saturdays per month
