Dental Administrator

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient recordsand update information accurately
process payments and insurance claims
Coordinate treatment plans and assist with patient communication
Maintain an organized front desk and reception area
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a dental office setting is required
Experience with dental software (cleardent is an asset)
Excellent communciation skills and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environement
